  • The availability or continuity of Partner services
  • The security of Partner systems or data protection measures
  • The compatibility of Partner services with your needs

We make no representations about the reliability, quality, functionality, or suitability of any Partner services for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkwell Studios shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • The use of Partner services or products
  • Any actions, errors, or omissions by Partners
  • Service interruptions or technical issues with Partner platforms
  • Data loss or security breaches involving Partner systems

  • Disputes between users and Partners

Partner Disputes

Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the use of Partner services must be resolved directly with the Partner in question. We are not responsible for:

  • Mediating disputes between users and Partners
  • Enforcing Partner agreements or policies
  • Providing refunds for Partner services
  • Compensating for Partner-related losses

Users agree to release Inkwell Studios from any claims related to Partner disputes or service issues.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inkwell Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Governing Law
